Ihre Aufgaben

Support and further development of the ERP system proALPHA at our international site in the Czech Republic
Provide first- and second-level support for all IT systems
Technical administration and optimization of the ERP environment
Support the adaptation and digitalization of business processes
Implement IT projects and independently lead sub-projects
Administer server, network (WAN, LAN, WLAN), and telephony infrastructure
Manage VMware environments as well as physical servers
Ensure a stable, secure, and modern IT operations environment

Ihr Profil

Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical school, or university degree) or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in IT support and system administration
Knowledge of the ERP system proALPHA is an advantage
Solid understanding of hardware, IT architecture, and network infrastructure
Experience with server and virtualization enviroments (e.g. VMware)
Very good command of Czech and Englisch; German is an advantage
Service-oriented and communicative personality
Structured and independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills
