• Support and further development of the ERP system proALPHA at our international site in the Czech Republic
• Provide first- and second-level support for all IT systems
• Technical administration and optimization of the ERP environment
• Support the adaptation and digitalization of business processes
• Implement IT projects and independently lead sub-projects
• Administer server, network (WAN, LAN, WLAN), and telephony infrastructure
• Manage VMware environments as well as physical servers
• Ensure a stable, secure, and modern IT operations environment

• Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical school, or university degree) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in IT support and system administration 
• Knowledge of the ERP system proALPHA is an advantage 
• Solid understanding of hardware, IT architecture, and network infrastructure
• Experience with server and virtualization enviroments (e.g. VMware) 
• Very good command of Czech and Englisch; German is an advantage 
• Service-oriented and communicative personality
