• Take responsibility for managing and evaluating customer and supplier quality at our international site in the Czech Republic
• Handle and document customer complaints, including the preparation and follow-up of 8D reports
• Coordinate root cause analyses in collaboration with internal specialist departments
• Monitor and evaluate defined quality performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the creation of P-FMEA, Control Plans, and other quality-related documentation
• Plan, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support project quality planning and accompany customer, supplier, and certification audits
• Participate in internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

• Completed technical or commercial education (secondary education / vocational school level)
• Several years of professional experience in Quality Management are required
• Good command of German or English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Solid knowledge of 8D methodology and common root cause analysis tools (e.g., Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
• Basic understanding of statistical methods (e.g., MSA, SPC)
• Familiarity with relevant management system standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VDA guidelines)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation
• Structured and analytical working style with strong communication and organizational skills
• Driving licence (Category B)
